Great Tips to Organize Kid’s Room
My aunt was asking me if I came across a site with heated mattress pads because she knows I love looking at home stores and interior designed homes. I was not a great help for her but we carried a conversation about visiting sites about interior design. Site with home photos are pleasing to the eyes plus I get so much ideas in decorating and organizing. Pinterest has been a great help in pinning all these photos plus you can track where you found the picture because it includes the website where you pinned the photo. Anyway, we still don’t have our own home but I love getting tips and ideas in organizing especially if it’s about the kid’s place.
1. Take a child’s eye view.
2. Bring the child into the process.
3. Sort, store and simplify.
4. Contain, corral and control.
5. Make it easier to put away, harder to get out.
6. Organize bottom to top.
7. Label, label, label.
8. Build a maintenance routine.

Grand Field Trip
My son’s nursery Grand Field Trip was a total success, even my husband and I had so much fun! It was tiring but memorable. It is nice to be with the other kids and see their parents with them too plus us learning so much about nature. There were so much to talk about fishes, reptiles, bees and birds (a parent even talked to a couple of us about silver bullion bars from golden eagle that was a bit timing because we were talking about birds). It was a family affair for us as well because my husband joined us, thank God he came because DS asked a couple of times to be carried. Anyway, here are some of the photos…
In Bio Research
In Ocean Park. We met the Penguins, I am basically scared of birds so husband is the only one who fed them.

New Techie Stuff
We did a lot of purchasing during the Holidays which reminded me a Visa reward card next time. With all the purchases, I am sure we should get a few benefits from it. Anyway, I have no regrets of purchasing everything because it’s one of the meaning of Christmas, to share and give. It is so nice to give but even me received a few nice things, especially from my husband who gave me useful gifts that I can use for my online and freelance jobs. One of which is this…
This is a 1T Tower Drive to store all my important files, scrapping stuff and photos.

Christmas Season
When I was in high school, I was too excited to think about what will be my prom dress during this time of the year aside from the gifts I will receive this season but as I grow mature (yes, not older – teehee) I became more excited for December because December means, it’s our wedding anniversary month and of course, Christmas where in you get a chance to make your love ones happier. Well, I’m still anticipating about the gifts I might get this year but that surely is my last priority during Christmas season especially now that we have a 4-year-old son who is more aware of the season and the meaning of it. I am trying to instill to him why we have this kind of celebration and though it’s still a bit hazy to him, he understands that Jesus and Santa are friends, and if he is good the whole year, Jesus will tell Santa that he deserves something nice this Christmas.

No Idea to Give Him
My husband was looking for surge protectors that he will purchase for his office yesterday and I came with him. We were in a foreign place (for me) and I didn’t know what to look for. So what am I looking for, really? Well, I was looking for ideas on what to give my husband this Christmas. I bought him a couple of bike stuff in the US but he will receive those on the 26th, too late for our tradition of opening the gifts on Christmas Eve. I need to get him even just a little something that he can open after our Christmas Eve dinner and I still have no idea what to get him. I only have 23 more days to go! YIKES!

Retiring Soon
A close friend at work will be retiring soon. Yes, a friend! You see, I work in a government hospital and most of the people I work with are older than me, who can pass as my mother already. Yes they are that old so when one of the closest colleague will be retiring soon, I am looking for a nice retirement gift to give her. I’ve been close to her since I started working in the hospital on 1999. She’s one of the nicest person I know and she will be retiring next year. She loves bags and clothes but I don’t think I will be giving a bag or clothing because she has so much already. I’d probably give her something that she and her family can enjoy.
