Labor Day

It is Labor Day today so that means no work. I’ve been out from work since Tuesday because our son’s nanny is sick. The previous days were fun and I saw really nice developments from my son. I just love staying at home, but today is a different weekday because we got to spend the day with the whole family. My Dad planned a mall trip for us. We did so much, labor of love for the family on Labor Day, I should say. My brother and my sister in law shopped for their son while Hubby and I bought a toddler stroller for the little one. We ate lunch at a Japanese restaurant. We had a feast. I love Japanese cuisine so much, I can eat that everyday. Anyway, after that we went strolling and saw really nice modern furniture at the mall but that didn’t compare to what I saw online, the fine contemporary furniture is just a sight to see. Very appetizing to someone who loves interior design just like me. I wish we could have furniture like it in our future dream house, or maybe my Dad could buy something modern for the attic, where the family room is. After too much strolling, we went at my father’s barbershop to get the boys some haircut then we capped the holiday with some snack before we go home. It was tiring, the babies slept in the car on our way home but it was indeed a fun way to spend the holiday.
